Jenny Stevenson - Owner & Instructor
I am an active Licensed ZUMBA instructor since 2010. My dance background includes Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Cumbia and Reggaeton. I am also bilingual (Spanish/English). I currently live in Friendswood TX with my husband and four children.
I'm happy to say that I am following my dreams opening a dance fitness studio. Specialty formats I am licensed in are: ZUMBA, ZUMBA Toning, ZUMBA Sentao, ZUMBA Gold, ZUMBA Step and ZUMBA Kids.
In addition I have been teaching Salsa and Bachata group classes and am proud to have been the Director of WOMANITY HOUSTON, a Ladies Bachata performance team featuring choreography and costume design by Maria Ramos of New York!
I am currently leading my own Bachata inspired performance team and continue teaching and performing as well as designing my own choreography. We have performed at the Houston Salsa Congress in 2020, 2022, 2023, and 2024 as well as numerous community events from the Pearland Town Center to the Kemah Boardwalk!
I love dancing and teaching dance. I have been dancing as long as I can remember. Having the opportunity to express who I am through my classes is such a blessing!!! I would like to add that I love all kinds of music, so you'll see a blend of great beats in my classes. My goal is to transmit to each and every person that comes to my class the joy, passion and beauty that comes out of letting the body flow to the rhythm of music. Every class feels like a party!
